Franchise Manager (Decarbonisation)

Field based, candidates will be considered from Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and surrounding areas.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Vehicle + Progression + Hybrid + Pension + Health Benefits + Wellness Benefits + Additional Annual Leave + Energy Discounts + Hybrid Working.

Do you have experience developing, growing and managing franchisees? Are you seeking an autonomous role that contributes to solving the climate crisis?

This exciting company is a new arm of one of the UK\'s largest energy suppliers, focused on decarbonisation to help the UK move towards NetZero. They plan to build a franchise network of varied renewables installers focusing on technologies related to heating and solar. They have the security and stability of a large parent company combined with the freedom of a start-up.

In this role you will wear multiple hats, acting as an advisor for growth, performance and general guidance to franchisees. Key areas include franchise growth and development, business or installation operations ensuring franchisees adhere to industry regulations and standards, performance management and clear communications/alignment between the franchisor and franchisees.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a field-based role supporting SME businesses, ideally within a franchised model. Familiarity with renewable technologies (Solar, EV, Heat Pumps, Battery Storage) is advantageous. You will need strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of technical compliance, installation and the customer\'s renewables journey.
