Franchise Manager (Decarbonisation)

Field Based, candidates will be considered from - Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and surrounding areas

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + Vehicle + Progression + Hybrid + Pension + Health Benefits + Wellness Benefits + Additional Annual Leave + Energy Discounts + Hybrid Working

The Role
  • Business Development / Franchise Manager (Decarbonisation)
  • Franchise Growth and Development
  • Management of Franchisee performance
  • Main point of contact between the Franchisee and Franchisor
  • Operational advice for Business and Installations
Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Support the growth and development of a franchise network focused on renewables installers (heating and solar) and decarisation initiatives
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to industry regulations and standards
  • Performance management and alignment between franchisor and franchisees
  • Provide advisory input for growth, performance, and general franchise guidance
The Person
  • Experience in a field-based SME support role, ideally within a franchised business model
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and installation
  • Highly motivated and autonomous; strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills; solid understanding of technical compliance, installation, and the customer renewables journey
  • Understanding of UK regulations (G98/99, MCS, etc)

They plan to build a franchise network of varied renewables installers focusing on technologies related to heating and solar.
