You’ll collaborate closely with multiple franchisees across 14 countries, combining data analytics with hands-on coaching to identify opportunities for commercial success during in-market restaurant visits. You’ll play a vital role in building operational capability by mentoring franchisees, solving complex challenges, and sharing best practices to ensure their long-term success. You’ll also lead the rollout of cutting-edge systems and initiatives designed to boost efficiency and profitability.

As a key influencer within KFC's Central and Eastern European operations, spanning 19 franchisees across 25 countries and more than 1,200 restaurants, you’ll have the opportunity to drive strategic collaboration with 14 franchisees in 14 dynamic markets.
