Hours: 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure compliance and manage documentation for Frameworks and Portals, including Activity Based Income and Social Value Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics through SalesForce and Power BI, tracking KPIs for business opportunities
  • Maintain system accuracy and enforce procedures while collecting data and creating framework performance reports for the senior leadership team
  • Oversee contractual processes, including legal sign-offs, purchase orders, and rebate invoice management
  • Support cross-functional collaboration for sustainability initiatives and best practices implementation
  • Stay current with sustainability trends and regulations to maintain a thought leadership position

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years experience in procurement, contract management, or a similar administrative role
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems e.g Salesforce
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement and frameworks (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Monday.com, Power BI, Wims and ECHO (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Social Value (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
