Pertemps are excited to share with you a unique opportunity for a small project taking place in Leeds.

Project Details:

Pay rate:£17.36 per hour
Working Shift Time:10:00am – 6:00pm (unless otherwise specified)
- Guaranteed 9 hours work of pay on each day.
Working Dates:Tuesday 22nd July 2025 (X1 Day work)

General Operator Requirements:
  • To be able to follow clear instructions.
  • Always adhere to Safety Standards
  • To be able to use a multiple of tools for example Impact Drivers, Drills and Stanley Knifes and some measuring tools.
  • To show agility and be able to adapt to change easily with the support of the Royal Mail Lead at that time.
  • To be physically fit and have experience with manual labour
  • Be punctual and flexibility will be required on the working days depending on the work requirements.

Specific Requirements:
  • Be able to bolt and unbolt together Royal Mail sorting Frames.
  • A Frame is approx. 5 ft height, 6 ft wide and approximately 45Kgs of steel construction
  • Be able to use a drill to unscrew bolts and screw bolts into Frames.
  • Be able with the support of colleagues be able move and reposition sorting Frames.
  • Under the direction of a Royal Mail lead, use Vinyl Wrap and Duct Tape and position onto sorting Frames.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles (large vans) on operations sites
