Opportunities available for both Preconstruction Managers / Design Managers and Bid Managers.

Company:

My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and rapidly growing workload. They are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Preconstruction Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Design Manager to work on education projects and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the building sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.
• Ideally, previous experience on education projects.
• Candidates with experience on other general build construction projects, with strong preconstruction/tender experience, will also be considered.
• Previous employment with a main contractor is essential.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).
