Exciting Administrative Opportunities in Belfast Healthcare Trust!

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a rewarding career with long-term prospects? Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking Band 3's on behalf of our esteemed client on Antrim Road, Belfast.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum one year’s experience in Administration.
  2. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Reception cover/duties as and when required in various reception areas in the service.
  2. Processing Out-patient appointments using Clinic Management.
  3. Ensure case notes are available for clinics and returned to the appropriate areas.
  4. Booking of outpatient appointments and processing of appointment letters and associated documentation.
  5. Booking of Interpreters and Ambulances as and when required.
  6. Dealing with all telephone and other enquiries including the appropriate recording and referring of messages.
  7. Request and print letters, documents, labels and reports associated with computerised systems.
  8. To train, supervise and allocate work to designated Clerical staff.
  9. Liaise with client, staff and departments, internal and external to the Trust to ensure full and efficient service.
  10. Provide and ensure cover for staff during periods of leave as required.

Working Hours:
  1. Band 3 - Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
  2. Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
