Penhaligon's fragrance specialist role at the Selfridges Exchange Manchester is a full-time, in-store position within Puig. You will deliver a premium customer experience, meet sales targets, and promote brand awareness for Penhaligon's.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday, you will engage with customers, anticipate needs, and help build lasting relationships that drive store performance and brand loyalty.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting role as a Fragrance Specialist to join PUIG with our Brand Penhaligon's in the Selfridges Exchange Location. The working schedule is based on full time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive. ), A Puig Brand Ambassador achieves sales targets whilst promoting our brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipate their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based.
