Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor in Barnsley to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help grow sales. You will assist with daily store operations, greet customers, and provide expert perfume advice while working as part of a supportive team. Training will be provided.

Contracted Hours: 15 per week; Permanent contract; Pay rate £8.81–£13.04 per hour. Regular rota given in advance, plus staff benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide perfume advice.
• Proactive in helping the team achieve store targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver excellent service by understanding their needs.
• Provide perfume recommendations and training will be provided.
• Contribute to achieving store and team targets and enjoy incentives for success.
• Offer every customer a VIP experience and a rewards card for future savings.
