Job summary

The Perfume Shop Limited in Basildon is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience, greet shoppers and build relationships with our loyal clientele. You will be part of a supportive team in a fast paced environment, helping customers feel valued and confident in their fragrance choices.

• Strong customer service mindset with ability to listen to needs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Willingness to complete training in perfume knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
• Provide perfume advice and guide customers to choices with training provided.
• Help the team achieve store and personal targets with incentives.
• Offer every customer a VIP experience and promote reward cards for future offers.
