What you'll get to do

We have an amazing opportunity for a Fragrance Consultant for our Piazza location for a 22.5 hour contract.

As a Penhaligon's Fragrance Consultant, you will be introducing our iconic fragrances and matching Customers with their scented soulmates! You'll be actively seeking new sales opportunities, learning about olfactive methods and ingredients and above all, delivering exceptional customer service, entertaining the worlds nostrils with a dose of Britishness.

We'd love to meet you if you have:

1. Ideally, experience in luxury retail, but most importantly, a passion for fragrance and the desire to learn about the art of perfumery
2. Excellent customer service skills, and a dedication to providing the highest level of service at all times
3. Fantastic people skills, and are excited to build connections with all of our Customers
