Job summary

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Brand Manager to drive a well-known fragrance brand. You will shape strategy, leverage customer insights and market opportunities, and translate them into sustainable sales growth.

You will work with Sales, E-commerce, Product, Finance and creative teams to bring campaigns to market, manage budgets, and steer the product and promotional pipeline with a disciplined, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in fragrance, beauty or FMCG.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial growth through brand or marketing activity.
• Confidence using sales and market data to guide decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, campaigns and cross-functional projects.
• Clear communication and influencing skills.
• Interest in fragrance, consumer behaviour and building brands.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver the brand strategy, annual plans and go-to-market activity.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share and customer reach across channels.
• Use data to guide priorities and measure performance.
• Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Product, Finance and creative teams to launches.
• Manage the marketing budget with commercial return.
• Shape the product and promotional pipeline from launches to seasonal campaigns.
• Track competitors and category trends and translate insights into actions.
• Present plans and results to internal teams and external partners.
