Location: LSU 2A New Vancouver Centre, 17 Broad Street, Kings Lynn PE30 1DL

Hours: 16 hours a week with opportunities for additional hours. Weekend and weekday availability are essential, along with flexibility to cover sickness and holidays. This is a fixed-term position.

Salary: £9.60 - £12.60 per hour

Role Overview

On a typical day, our Fragrance Advisers use their knowledge and training to assist customers in choosing perfumes and other products, ensuring they leave with That Superdrug Feeling through exceptional service. Your main responsibilities include serving customers at the fragrance counter, promoting add-on sales, maintaining the presentation of the fragrance area, and supporting store targets. There is also an optional opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our growing in-store piercing services.

Requirements

• Interest or experience in fragrances
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Willingness to learn and enhance fragrance knowledge and skills
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability
• Optional: willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
