This is an exciting opportunity for a fractional General Counsel to join a growing firm providing high-impact advisory and capital solutions to clients in politically sensitive and cross-border sectors.

About the Role:

The firm is looking for a fractional General Counsel to provide legal support in the following areas:

• Working alongside top-tier law firms to structure complex deals
• Drafting and reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, and compliance documents
• Helping to establish and strengthen the firm’s legal infrastructure as they scale their advisory and investment platform
• 2–3 days/month initially, with potential to scale as the business grows

What We're Looking For:

• Background in Private Markets, Private Equity, or Family Offices
• A solid understanding of both regulated and non-regulated advisory
• Experience as a fractional GC or legal consultant
• Strong legal expertise with the ability to handle complex, cross-border transactions and political risk management
