Job Description

• Oversee implementation of the new operating model
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal financial requirements
• Manage risk whilst some of the cash reserves are used for the new operating model
• Present financial reports to stakeholders, communicating financial information effectively with non financial staff
• 'Steady the ship'

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fractional FD should have:

• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience in a similar role in a similar sized organisation
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative approach
• Experience in financial planning and risk management
