Fractional CTO – AI Music Startup (Stealth)

We’re helping a fast-growing AI music startup find a Fractional CTO. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that’s using AI/ML to reshape how artists and creators connect with opportunities in the music industry.

About this Opportunity

The company is already revenue-generating and has established meaningful partnerships with music festivals and global brands. With one CTO exiting and another currently supporting in a temporary capacity, they’re looking for a technical leader who can guide the product’s AI roadmap and support technical alignment for upcoming growth and fundraising phases.

This is a fractional, equity-only role. You’ll play a key role in aligning product vision, driving AI development, and helping the team scale both product and infrastructure.

• Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML products in production

• High-level architectural skills, especially around AI pipelines and model evaluation
• Ability to present technical strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Product-minded and comfortable working in startup environments

Compensation

This is an equity-only position at this stage. Future compensation structures may evolve as the company grows.
