They are seeking a Fractional Chief Technology Officer to provide both strategic leadership and practical involvement in the design and delivery of AI‑enabled automated workflows, with particular focus on HR document verification and compliance‑critical processes.

This role suits a senior technology leader who is comfortable shaping direction at executive level while also contributing directly to the build and evolution of systems or applications where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical strategy for AI‑powered workflow automation across HR functions
