Interim Fractional CFO (2 days per week)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fractional CFO to work closely with our CEO and executive team. This role is pivotal in managing the financial operations, securing funding, and driving financial strategy for both the FMCG and other business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Funding and Investment: Manage relationships with investors, secure funding, and develop financial models to support business growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform decision-making and optimise financial performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong background in FMCG and/or other relevant industries.
  • Excellent financial modelling and forecasting skills.
  • Experience in managing investor relations and securing funding.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
