Job description

We have a vacancy for the role of FP/AV Electrical Team Leader on day shift. The role involves carrying out repair and maintenance on cold end and added value equipment, and contributing to efficient job changes.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in job changes, set up and adjust departmental equipment to maintain efficient operations during and after changes.
2. Identify, rectify, and modify departmental faults to reduce downtime.
3. Communicate effectively with team members to maintain an informed and effective team.
4. Perform housekeeping duties in accordance with company hygiene standards.
5. Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Lead and carry out morning meetings to clarify daily expectations and job change requirements.
7. Liaise daily with the department manager.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

1. Experience diagnosing faults with engineering equipment.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, electronic).
4. Apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications.
5. Understanding of electrical/engineering drawings.
6. Experience with job change planning and continuous improvements is preferred.
