Job summary

ICG is seeking an experienced FP&A Vice President / FP&A Principal to lead planning, forecasting and budgeting within Group Finance in London. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape the annual budget, manage monthly management reporting and deliver clear financial insight to support decision-making.

This role spans London, Warsaw and India, offering broad exposure to leadership and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, financial control or a closely related finance role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear, meaningful insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead elements of key FP&A processes, including the annual budget, business plan updates and regular forecasting cycles.
• Maintain and develop forecasting outputs, including cash flow forecasts and longer-term business plan updates.
• Support regulatory forecasting requirements, including inputs into ICARA and going concern processes.
• Work with teams across the firm to gather inputs, challenge assumptions and consolidate outputs for senior management and Board review.
• Produce regular financial and operational reporting for senior management, the Board, investment teams and business function heads.
• Analyse performance trends, explain key drivers and turn financial data into clear insight for decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis processes to make outputs more efficient.
