Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Per Annum (plus bonus and benefits)

Our client is a growing medium sized Financial Services business looking to hire an FP&A Senior. The role will suit a qualified ACA/ ACCA or CIMA qualified to be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support senior management and board members in making operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The role includes developing monthly Management Account reports with KPIs and interacting regularly with senior management to provide business insights and translating commercial analysis into forecasts and projections for better decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Development of robust monthly Management Account reporting, including KPIs and relevant analysis to present to senior management to explain performance.
• Regular interaction will be required to provide business insight.
• The role provides forecasting and planning by taking the inputs from commercial analysis and translating these into outlooks and projections to enable better decision-making for the Directors of the business.
• Analyse and explain historical performance and forecast future results, highlighting trends, patterns, insights that informs future financial decision-making.
• Complete the budget cycle in a timely and accurate way to reflect and inform the strategic decisions of the business.
• Provide analysis and updates on strategic/project/budgeted initiatives to inform the Managers and Directors on progress.

A salary of £70,000-£75,000 is on offer with bonus, great pension contribution and holiday as standard.
