Job summary

Accenture is revamping how FP&A services are organised across corporate finance, GBS and Centres of Excellence. The role focuses on designing scalable, repeatable planning, reporting and insight production while preserving business judgement and accountability for decision support.

You will lead workshops, manage stakeholder engagement and translate operating-model decisions into requirements for EPM, ERP, analytics and automation, delivering measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, finance transformation or consulting.
• Experience leading FP&A operating-model workstreams from design to implementation.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A operating-model workstreams and client workshops.
• Define target FP&A operating model with governance and staff roles.
• Develop change roadmap, benefits, and adoption plans.
• Translate requirements for EPM, ERP and analytics platforms.
• Ensure data, technology and AI considerations are embedded.
