Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling

  • Provide expert input into budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning cycles

  • Review and assure project and product accounting in line with policy

  • Deliver financial insights that support risk assessment and commercial decision-making

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality and timely submissions

  • Support change initiatives and help drive continuous improvement

  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Essential skills & experience:

  • Experience in a finance leadership or business partnering role

  • Recognised professional accounting qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong experience in financial control, reporting and planning

  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge (ERP – Oracle preferred)

  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet strict deadlines

  • Proven people management and coaching experience

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven

Desirable:

  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed business environment

  • Exposure to change management or international projects

  • Strong understanding of business models, KPIs and performance drivers

  • Experience using data and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency
