Talentedge in Central London is seeking an FP&A Manager to connect financial performance with commercial strategy. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, and partner with Marketing to analyse omnichannel performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in an FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering role.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience analysing complex commercial data and translating it into actionable insight.
• A track record of business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Exposure to consumer, retail, ecommerce, D2C, marketplace or omnichannel business models would be particularly interesting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, ensuring the business has clear visibility of future performance.
• Analyse omnichannel performance, understanding revenue, profitability, customer acquisition and channel contribution.
• Partner closely with Marketing, providing insight into campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs and investment returns.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks and highlight opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop and enhance financial models, scenario planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, helping drive accountability and commercial decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives as the business continues to scale.
