Job summary

A leading Consumer brand in London is recruiting an experienced FP&A professional on an initial 6-month FTC. The role will lead the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning, with strong exposure to cashflow, working capital and performance analytics.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive profitability, deliver board-level reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards, and identify trends, risks and opportunities with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Lead the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process.
• Strong experience within Cashflow, working capital and management.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to improve performance and profitability.
• Produce board-level reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting and systems.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Previous experience in an FP&A role, particularly strong in building processes.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
