Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a commercially driven FP&A Manager to scale the Finance Planning & Analysis function across EMEA. This hands‑on role builds financial models, reporting frameworks and scalable processes, reporting to the Senior Director, Finance & Transformation EMEA.

You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to support growth, drive performance and inform strategic decisions across Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale and Marketplace channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury or consumer goods in an international multi‑channel setup.
• Advanced financial modelling and expert Excel capabilities.
• Experience supporting store expansion and strategic commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning cycle: Budget, Forecast and LRP.
• Develop and maintain integrated models for Revenue, Gross Margin, SG&A, CAPEX, Cash Flow and KPIs.
• Build scalable forecasting methods across all channels.
• Lead monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for exec leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to drive decisions.
