I am exclusively partnered with a PE Backed scale-up FinTech firm that is rapidly growing and becoming one of the most successful finance platforms in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping technology offerings, driving strategic financial planning, and evaluating ROI on key technology investments.

About the role:

• Lead strategic financial planning for technology teams and enhance ROI frameworks on technology investments.
• Monitor OPEX and manage technology and software costs to understand drivers behind performance and productivity.
• Lead product analysis and present insights to Product Managers, producing in-depth variances and analysis.
• Oversee complex insights and present key financial reports to visualize the narrative.
• Lead process improvements and utilize enhancements in automation and visualization tools.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for technology divisions, ensuring budget holders understand performance, optimization, and investment clarity.

About you:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ/CA qualified with 4+ years of experience in a commercial finance role.
• Must have experience within FinTech/Tech SMEs.
• Strong business partnering experience and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experienced with data analysis and detailed financial models.
• Led OPEX reporting with a strong understanding of operational costs.
• Immediately available or on a short notice period.
