Realex Payments is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive business performance. You will deliver critical financial analyses, challenge strategic plans, and shape decision-making for our global payments portfolio.

The role requires strong modelling, stakeholder influence, and the ability to communicate insights across the organisation. London-based, on-site with a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years experience in Commercial Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience within Payments/Fintech industry preferable.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Organised self-starter with drive and ambition.

Responsabilidades

• Provide critique and challenge plans on Market Expansion, RFPs, and strategic directions of tier one accounts.
• Leverage financial background to support and influence key regional decisions.
• Support strategic and financial planning processes (Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Budget, Forecasts).
• Provide executive level analysis of business performance with actionable commentary.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Own monthly finance and commercial reporting to the business.
• Commercial analyses current portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for growth; investment analysis and appraisals to support growth expectations.
• Continuously consider opportunities for optimization.
• Become a trusted partner to the business; translate Finance to the wider business and challenge stakeholders.

  Qualified Accountant with 5+ years experience preferably in a Commercial Finance function
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
• Commercial acumen and gravitas with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Commercial model and business case development preferred
• Experience within Payments/Fintech industry preferable
• Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business.
• Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & adherence to deadlines.
