About The Position

This role manages key elements of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for Nomad Foods' entire group. It includes line management of a FP&A Graduate.

The FP&A Manager will own analytical standards and collaborate with business unit teams to ensure compliance with planning and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include modeling KPIs and preparing and presenting actual performance and forecasts for the Board and Executive teams to facilitate strategic discussions.

This is a highly visible role within our finance organization, involving exposure to senior internal and external stakeholders, including the C-suite.

• Lead coordination of financial planning and forecasting processes, including month-end closing and rolling forecasts, analyzing key KPIs.
• Prepare timely, comprehensive, and insightful commentary on actual performance and forecasts for the Board and Executive teams, highlighting key issues for discussion.
• Ensure effective completion of Group FP&A Sarbanes-Oxley controls, with efforts to streamline processes where possible.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting systems, processes, and analysis; support strong data governance across finance.
• Line management of FP&A Graduate, including PDP, objective setting, and coaching.

About You

Applicants must be fully qualified (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA). The role suits a technically minded individual with experience in planning systems, reporting technology, business intelligence tools, and data visualization. The ability to challenge assumptions constructively is essential.
