Alongside this, you'll lead and develop a small team, helping create a high-performing and collaborative culture

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Provide financial insight and analysis across Bupa's functional and central cost base.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis on costs, trends, performance measures and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead the continuous improvement and automation of management reporting, reducing manual processes and improving self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Manage service fee and recharge reporting, ensuring methodologies are applied consistently and clearly communicated.
  • Support forecasting, planning and budgeting activities in line with business requirements and timelines.
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with reporting, controls and finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
  • Support the delivery of annual and three-year planning processes.
  • Maintain oversight of service fee and recharge-related risks, controls and process documentation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle planning and forecasting processes.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, supporting capability building and succession planning.
  • Deliver training and guidance to cost centre managers on financial processes, policies and responsibilities.
  • Monitor compliance with internal financial and procurement policies and provide clear reporting on outcomes

  • Previous experience within a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) environment is required
  • Experience delivering regular and ad hoc reporting for senior or executive stakeholders.
  • Strong management accounting and cost analysis experience.

  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience improving processes through automation and technology.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
