Job Description

• Oversee the planning and budgeting process
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Work closely with senior management to develop business strategy
• Implement financial controls and processes
• Manage a small finance team
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Continuously seek ways to improve financial performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within the life science industry
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Proficiency in financial software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior management
