As we continue our rapid expansion, our finance team plays a critical role in ensuring financial stability, optimising performance, and driving strategic decision-making. We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to take ownership of financial planning and analysis, helping to shape our financial future.About the role:
This is a newly created role for an ambitious, self-starting FP&A Manager who will lead, develop and own the financial planning and analysis function. You’ll be responsible for creating robust reporting processes, driving cash flow, and delivering valuable insights to the leadership team and wider management team. - Develop and implement financial models and scenario planning to support business strategies.
- Create and enhance financial reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish key performance indicators and reporting frameworks that provide real insight into business performance.

- Provide in-depth financial analysis on key performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Own and drive cash flow forecasting, revenue and performance modelling.
- Partner with department leaders to optimise financial performance across the group.
- Present clear and compelling financial insights to management, influencing strategic decisions.

- Lead and develop a small FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Manage various financial modelling projects, including building three way models (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow).
- Continuously improve financial processes and maximise performance through technology.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, build and lead the FP&A function, ensuring robust financial planning and analysis.
- Deliver accurate and timely cash flow forecasting, revenue analysis and performance modelling.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to improve financial performance.
- Enhance financial reporting tools and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development of scenario planning and financial models to support business decisions.
- Mentor and develop a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Leverage technology to enhance reporting and insight generation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in an FP&A leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-focused business.
- Strong financial modelling skills, with a focus on cash flow, revenue, and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of balance sheet, P&L, IFRS accounting standards, and CAPEX management.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and group reporting tools.
- Experience in a complex, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial environment (start-up, private equity, investor-led, or owner-managed business preferred).
- Background in technology, e-commerce, fintech, or data-driven businesses would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience working in a Top 4 or Top 10 accounting firm is desirable.
