What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the business to deliver accurate and actionable weekly/monthly reporting to the Assure Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasting cycles- driving clarity, accuracy and insight.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems (P&L, working capital, capex).
  • Develop and enhance dashboard reporting and performance analytics using tools such as Tableau, enabling deeper insight into product, sector, and regional performance.
  • Provide strategic finance support to cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects across the Group.

  • Highly skilled in Excel – from pivot tables to modelling.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders with clear, concise reporting and recommendations.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for continuous improvement.
