Job description

As FP&A Manager, you will work within a high-calibre FP&A team, reporting into the FP&A Director. You will be responsible for producing meaningful and accurate reports and analysis for both internal SLT use and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage a team of one member.

My client is a fast-growing, PE-backed business in the Manufacturing sector, which has experienced significant growth recently, following organic expansion and strategic investments. The company now has a turnover exceeding £500 million and is preparing for a sale process within the next 2-3 years.

Responsibilities
  1. Owning the Operating Model to support 3-5 year business planning
  2. Reporting on WIP to the Senior Leadership Team
  3. Collaborating with the wider Finance team to understand forecast and budget movements
  4. Preparing monthly reporting packs for SLT and external stakeholders
  5. Overseeing the forecasting cycle with meaningful analysis
  6. Playing a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group
  7. Enhancing reporting through PowerBi and process improvements
