NXTGEN is recruiting an experienced Interim FP&A Manager for a confidential assignment with an established organisation in Cambridgeshire.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Interim FP&A Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting, and deliver performance analysis with clear variance commentary.

The role requires qualified accounting expertise, advanced Excel and BI skills, strong business partnering with senior stakeholders, and the ability to start at short notice.

Qualifications

NXTGEN is recruiting an experienced Interim FP&A Manager for a confidential assignment with an established organisation in Cambridgeshire.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Interim FP&A Manager will take responsibility for the planning and analysis function, providing clear financial insight to support business performance and senior-level decision-making.

This is a hands-on interim opportunity requiring someone who can quickly understand the organisation, build credibility with stakeholders and provide immediate support during a key period for the finance team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting

The successful Interim FP&A Manager will be a qualified accountant with strong FP&A, commercial finance and senior business-partnering experience. You will be comfortable working with complex financial and operational information, presenting clear recommendations and constructively challenging stakeholders.

Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel and business intelligence skills will be important, alongside the ability to quickly establish yourself within a new environment.

This is an inside IR35 assignment and would suit an experienced interim professional who is immediately available or able to start at short notice.
