Our client is currently recruiting for a new role of FP&A Manager following a period of significant growth in various European countries and a recent acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact meaningful change in a global business, taking ownership of the full FP&A cycle.

What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
  • Acting as a strategic partner to all business units, reporting directly to the CFO;
  • Driving commercial insights and supporting long-term strategic planning;
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports, including commentary for board packs and shareholder updates;
  • Financial modelling, process improvements, and systems implementation to enhance planning and reporting capabilities.
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager role:
  • Proven business partnering skills and the ability to challenge senior leaders across the business;
  • A working knowledge of SQL would be advantageous;
  • Experience of investment appraisals would also be highly beneficial.
Additional benefits and information for the role of FP&A Manager:
