Senior FP&A Manager Hybrid (Up to £70,000)

Basingstoke or Surrounding Areas | International Business | Hybrid Working (2-3 Days in Office)

A leading international business is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join their high-performing EMEA finance team. This key role supports growth, profitability, and strategic financial decision-making across multiple business units and geographies.

You will collaborate closely with regional and commercial leaders, acting as a true business partner while leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role offers a mix of strategic influence and hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys detailed analysis and big-picture decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Own and lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple regions.
2. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to commercial leaders.
3. Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operations teams.
4. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports, including SOX compliance.
5. Analyze financial performance and advise on business improvements.
6. Develop and present strategic financial plans and recommendations.
7. Support restructuring and cost efficiency initiatives.
8. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Candidate Profile:

• 5-7 years' FP&A experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience managing finance professionals and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at senior levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Cognos, Tableau, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or operational finance is desirable but not essential.
