Austin Rose is recruiting an FP&A Associate Director to lead the FP&A advisory for growth and scale-up clients in London or Manchester. You will blend commercial development with hands-on client advisory to drive market-leading FP&A solutions.

You will manage a high-performing team, deliver sophisticated financial insights, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape advisory offerings across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated FP&A leadership and client advisory experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and pitch services.
• Strong Excel and PowerBI proficiency for financial modelling and insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A client engagements and deliver tailored financial insight, budgeting and modelling.
• Drive proactive business development to identify and win new opportunities across growth sectors.
• Oversee commercial management of client portfolios: pricing, billing, profitability.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team, aligning local work with national strategy.
• Ensure risk management, quality controls and adherence to firm procedures.
