FP&A Analyst (relocate to Jersey), Stoke-on-Trent

One of the Channel Islands' leading financial services organizations in the private wealth/trust space is looking to add an experienced FP&A Analyst to their high-performing finance team. The role will work under the FP&A Manager, who is an outstanding professional and mentor, providing excellent growth opportunities.

The firm has grown significantly in recent years and continues to expand globally across key jurisdictions. Although based in Jersey, the role has an international scope and is a vital part of the company's growth plans.

This is a fascinating role where the analyst will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and business growth.

The Role:

• Support and assist with the preparation and maintenance of quarterly and annual budget forecasts.
• Prepare financial models, including revenue and expense projections, for strategic planning.
• Analyse variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying trends and insights.
• Support management reporting, including performance analysis and financial summaries.
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and reports.
• Monitor business trends and KPIs impacting profitability and efficiency.
• Act as a business partner with management.
• Ideal candidates will have an FP&A background with 3-4 years of experience.
