Job Description:

One of the Channel Islands' leading financial services organizations in the private wealth / trust space is looking to add an experienced FP&A Analyst to their high-performing finance team. The role will work under the FP&A Manager, who is an outstanding professional and mentor, so the growth opportunities in the role are excellent.

The firm has grown significantly in recent years and continues to expand globally across key jurisdictions. Although based in Jersey, the role has an international scope and is a vital part of the company's growth strategy.

This is a fascinating role where the FP&A function plays a key part internally in driving strategic initiatives and business growth.

The role:

• Support and assist with the preparation and maintenance of quarterly and annual budget forecasts
• Prepare financial models, including revenue and expense projections, for strategic planning
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying trends and insights
• Support periodic management reporting, including performance analysis and financial summaries
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
• Monitor and report on business trends and KPIs impacting profitability and efficiency
• Act as a business partner with management
• Ideal candidates will have an FP&A background with 3-4 years of experience
