Autumnal Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Private Debt and Credit Fund Manager at an exciting time of growth and evolution. They are seeking a commercially astute FP&A Analyst with approximately 5 years post-qualification experience to support strategic financial planning, analysis, and performance insight across the business.

As a key member of the finance team, you will work directly with senior leadership—partnering with investment, operations, and finance professionals—to provide high-impact analysis and drive decision-making across the platform.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ownership of the firm’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Business performance analysis, variance tracking, and strategic commentary
• Preparation of board and investor presentations, management reports, and KPIs
• Supporting commercial decisions through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
• Collaborating on product launches, strategic projects, and new business initiatives
• Building scalable financial models and enhancing FP&A tools and systems

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with ~5 years PQE
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance background within financial services, preferably asset management, private markets, or credit
• Exceptional analytical and Excel modelling skills
• High attention to detail, with the ability to distil complex data into clear insight
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
• A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and appetite to grow with the business
