i2, a Harris Computer company, are seeking a FP&A Analyst on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term, remote-working basis, in the UK
A primary purpose of the FP&A Analyst position will be the preparation of data that can be used in models to support the FP&A Manager and commercial teams in preparing monthly forecasts, analysis of variances to previous projections, along with preparation of data for attrition and NPI reporting.
The FP&A Analyst will support the FP&A Manager and ELT in responding to ad-hoc commercial analysis required by stakeholders.
This 12-month fixed-term position will be performed on a remote basis, with a requirement to visit the i2 office in Cambridge when there is a business need to do so
What you will do
In performing this position, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Supporting the FP&A Manager in the forecasting processes
Assisting in the production of deferred revenue schedules
Supporting in trend analysis – customer / product / market
Helping to Improve data in Salesforce applying your own ideas and those from the wider teams
Creating timely and meaningful reports from Salesforce. Raising awareness and generating actions as needed
Supporting the renewals and sales teams with client onboarding activities
Looking to continuously improve the operational processes on an ongoing basis, making appropriate improvement suggestions to managers
Supporting the commercial teams through project evaluation and modelling.
Providing clear, concise financial analysis for ad-hoc projects
Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required
What we are looking for
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to non-finance audiences
An understanding of financial modelling
Analytical skills with high attention to detail, comfortable working with data
Strong MS Office skills
A continuous improvement mindset, suggesting and implementing improvements to systems and processes
You bring a passion for working and learning in a fast-growing, mission-focused business
You have good verbal and written communication skills.
