Job summary

Optegra Eye Health Care is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on month-end reporting, variance analysis, and delivering accurate financial insights to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, qualified or part-qualified, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, plus Power BI and AI/modelling knowledge.

Qualifications

• Accounting experience and credentials are required.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting is preferred.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills with strong reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timely month-end reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Prepare month-end P&L and related metrics, including cash and capex when needed.
• Support cross charging, FTE data, and pack/presentation preparation.
• Produce role-specific procedures and analytics by clinic.
