The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making within the telecoms industry. Description

The FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) duties will include:

  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support senior management with regular and ad hoc financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve results
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data and reports
  • Assist in the development of business cases to support new initiatives
  • Continuously improve financial processes and reporting methodologies

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) should have the following skills/qualities:

  • A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the accounting and finance field
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools
  • Currently studying relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders

Job Offer

The successful FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) will receive:

  • A competitive salary in the range of £39,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements (60/40 split)
  • Annual bonus structure
  • 8% employer pension contributions
  • 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays with an optional buy/sell holiday program of up to five additional days
