Job summary

Navantia UK in Bristol is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, performance insight, and strategic decision-making in a project-driven environment.

You will partner with operations and commercial teams to build models, deliver key P&L and cash flow reporting, and support the close. Strong Excel, SAP, and BI skills help you provide actionable insights and drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, or Audit.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • SAP experience preferred, plus exposure to BI tools (Power BI, EPM, BW).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leading budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Building financial models, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Delivering clear, insightful reporting on P&L, cash flow, and KPIs.

FP&A Analyst (Advanced) – Bristol | Shape Strategy with Insight

We’re looking for a high-calibre FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bristol. This is a key business partnering role, driving financial planning, performance insight, and strategic decision-making across a complex, project-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing
