AB Vista is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our high-performing finance team and support commercial and marketing activities across our global business. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with sales and commercial teams, delivering in-depth financial analysis, including margin reviews, customer profitability, and credit assessments. Based in Peterborough with a hybrid working model, this position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in a dynamic, international environment with clear progression opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles in collaboration with key commercial stakeholders.
- Deliver rolling sales and margin forecasts and scenario analysis to support agile decision-making.
- Deliver monthly sales bridges, pricing reviews and margin reporting to finance leadership and commercial teams.
- Ensures finance is at the heart of the decision-making process; brings vigour to the evaluation and implementation of value-enhancing decisions
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance global efficiency, accuracy, and automation - including but not limited to CAPEX reviews, bid modelling and credit reviews.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a finance role, including budgeting and monthly reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with non-finance stakeholders to support performance improvement.
- Proficiency in using financial systems.
- Fluent English communication skills.
