Join Our Team Were seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our fast-paced and collaborative Finance team. Reporting into the Head of Operational FP&A, youll work with key stakeholders across Cora Health to analyse financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help us deliver our long-term financial goals. Heres a snapshot of what youll be doing (see full job description for more):

  • Support the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting and business cases Analyse contract performance, cost trends, and activity against budget Assist in monthly contract reviews with operational leaders Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on cost efficiency and revenue opportunities Help deliver financial insights that influence strategic decisions and service development

About You Were looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A professional who thrives on solving problems and delivering meaningful insights. Youll ideally bring:

  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a confident approach to modelling and data presentation Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders A background in business partnering, variance analysis and cost reporting A passion for process improvement, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus If You Also Have

  • Experience using Microsoft BC365/Dynamics or creating Power BI dashboards Awareness of NHS tariffs or costing principles Experience working within the healthcare or public sector
