Overview

CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a highly successful business based in Poole, Dorset, who have a newly generated requirement for an FP&A Analyst to join the team. This role will provide insights and visibility to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring business decisions are made based on reliable data. What the FP&A Analyst role involves
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
  • Deliver financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budgets
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain financial models for planning and profitability analysis, based on multiple revenue streams
  • Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards
  • Extensive business partnering with non-finance stakeholders, supporting group & project based decision making
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Analyst vacancy
  • Previous experience in an FP&A or FBP role, with experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong FP&A, budgeting and modelling experience is required
  • Preferably qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA), although part qualified candidates re also encouraged to apply
  • Advanced Excel skills & ideally knowledge of Power BI
  • Effective communicator able to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
  • Motivated and seeking career move that offers scope for further progression
