Permanent Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant based out of Swindon with hybrid working

Your new company

Public sector Government-funded business based in Swindon.

Your new role

The company is looking for an FP&A Accountant/Manager in order to assist and facilitate a number of projects both in the pipeline and underway from a planning, management, monitoring and reporting perspective.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates will be qualified to ACCA/ACA/CIMA/ACMA level or at the very least actively working towards this qualification along with relevant experience.

  1. Able to add commercial value and contribute ideas.
  2. Strong Excel skills.
  3. Excellent oral & written communication including PowerPoint presentations.
  4. Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
  5. Resilient, hardworking, ambitious, and always striving to grow and improve.
  6. Adaptable in a fast-paced business culture where focus is subject to change at short notice.
  7. Ownership & accountability of output for your area of the business.
