Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: London (Onsite, relocation fee of £10,000 paid upon acceptance) + Equity

I'm looking to speak with senior-level software engineers interested in joining a well-backed AI-native startup aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company seeks an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and sustain growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI startups, particularly in improving the efficiency of large language models and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and full-stack frameworks
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – nice to have
